All products, with the exception of ex-demo, ex-rental, soiled, clearance, second hand, imperfect or damaged, are sold with a manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise noted. When you return a product, you will receive a refund within 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the item. When you return a product that you have purchased using a credit card, the same card you used will be credited with the refund.
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please email sales@reflectionsav.com.au. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, a 15% restocking fee may be charged to cover the return of the goods to our supplier.
